Super 7 Blackjack follows traditional blackjack rules with an exciting side bet option for extra winnings. Follow these steps:
To place a bet, select a chip denomination from the bottom of the game screen. Once selected, click on the desired bet marker on the table to place a bet. Continue to click on the bet markers to increase your bet.
To increase or decrease the speed of the card dealing animations, use the small > >> >>> controls at the bottom of the game screen. This will change the speed of the dealing animations.
The minimum wager in the main Blackjack game is $1.00, and the maximum wager is $100.00.
If a player splits 7s of different suits, the payout is 50:1, even if more sevens are dealt. If a player splits 7s of the same suit, the payout increases to 100:1, regardless of additional sevens being dealt.
If your first two cards have the same value, you may split them into two separate hands by placing a second wager of equal value. You then continue drawing cards as usual. However, if you split two Aces, you receive only one additional card per hand. If you split two Aces and one of your hands totals 21, it is counted as 21, not as Blackjack.
When you have been dealt two cards and believe that a third card will improve your chances of beating the dealer’s hand, you can double down. Your wager is doubled, and you are allowed to hit and receive only one additional card.
Insurance is a side bet within Blackjack that allows you to protect yourself if you believe the dealer might have Blackjack. If the dealer's first card is an Ace, there is a fair chance of them getting Blackjack. If you suspect the dealer's hidden card is a 10, you can buy insurance against dealer Blackjack at a cost of half your initial bet.
If the dealer does have Blackjack, the insurance bet pays 2 to 1, matching your original bet. However, if the dealer does not have Blackjack, you lose your insurance bet. Your main wager is then resolved by comparing your hand with the dealer’s. If both you and the dealer have Blackjack, the game results in a push.
The dealer must draw cards until they reach at least 17 and must stand on 17 or higher. If the dealer’s hand totals 16, they must take another card. The dealer does not have the option to decide whether to draw a card based on the player’s hand but must follow the established dealer rules.
In the next section, you will find general advice for beginners on basic Blackjack strategy.
Here is a basic guideline for when to stand, hit, split, or double.
Dealer’s open card is: | Hit on: | Stand on: |
---|---|---|
3, 4, 5, or 6 | 11 and lower, soft* 17 and lower | 12 and higher, soft* 18 and higher |
7, 8, 9, 10, face card, or Ace | 16 and lower, soft* 17 and lower | 17 and higher, soft* 18 and higher |
* An Ace can count as 1 or 11. A "soft" hand refers to a hand with an Ace that counts as 11. A "soft 17", for example, is an Ace and a 6. A player with an Ace has the advantage of being able to change the Ace’s value to count as 1 when 11 would cause a bust. A hand with an Ace that counts as 1 is called a hard hand.
If the dealer’s open card is: | Split: |
---|---|
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 | 2s, 3s, 8s, and Aces |
8, 9, 10, face card, or Ace | 8s and Aces |
If your first two cards total: | Double if the dealer’s open card is: |
---|---|
11 | Anything except an Ace |
10 | Anything except a 10, face card, or Ace |
9 | 2 to 8 |
7 or 8 | 3 to 6 |
Bet | Payout |
---|---|
Blackjack | 3 to 2 |
Insurance | 2 to 1 |
Win | 1 to 1 |
The Super 7 side bet is a completely separate side game to the main Blackjack game. By placing a $1.00 bet in the Super 7 Bet marker, you activate the side bet. The rules are simple: if the first card dealt to the player’s hand is a 7, you will get a 3 to 1 payout for your side bet. The payout increases with each successive 7 you receive in that hand. The first card must be a 7, or you will lose the side bet.
Super 7 Side Bet | Payout Chart |

First Card: 7 | 3:1 |
First 2 cards 7s, any suit | 50:1 |
First 2 cards 7s, same suit | 100:1 |
First 3 cards 7s, any suit | 500:1 |
First 3 cards 7s, same suit | 5000:1 |
