Baccarat Rules

Baccarat is a straightforward casino game where players bet on the Banker, Player, or Tie before cards are dealt. The goal is to predict which hand will have a total closest to nine. There are also 3 points to pay attention to

• If the Banker or Player has a total of eight or nine from the first two cards, no additional cards are drawn.
• A Player hand totaling 0-5 must take a third card, while 6 or 7 must stand.
• The Banker follows specific drawing rules based on a set chart.
• Mini-Baccarat follows the same rules as standard Baccarat but with the croupier handling all card dealing.

Player Hand Third Card Rule

• If a player's first two cards total 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, they must draw a third card.
• If the total is 6 or 7, the player stands.
• A total of 8 or 9 is considered a natural, and the player automatically stands without drawing a third card.

Banker

• If the Banker's first two cards total 0, 1, or 2, they always draw a third card.
• With a total of 3, the Banker draws unless the Player’s third card is 8.
• With 4, they draw unless the Player’s third card is 1, 8, 9, or 0.
• With 5, they draw only if the Player’s third card is 4, 5, 6, or 7.
• With 6, they draw only if the Player’s third card is 6 or 7.
• A total of 7 means the Banker stands, while 8 or 9 is a natural, and no further cards are drawn.

How To Play Baccarat

The game uses an eight-deck shoe, and the dealing responsibility moves counterclockwise around the table whenever the Player hand wins. Once all bets are placed, the dealer distributes four cards—two to the Player and two to the Banker. If necessary, a third card is drawn based on specific rules. The hand closest to nine wins, and bets are settled accordingly.

After announcing the winning side, the dealer collects losing bets and pays out winning bets. Any commission on Banker wins must be paid before the game continues.
